A parking company that behaves like a good neighbor.
We run paid parking the way we'd want it run on our own block: signs you can read from the driver's seat, a payment that takes seconds, and an operator who answers the phone.
Named for the mountains, built for the neighborhood
Cascade Parking Services started from a simple observation: most paid parking fails at the last ten feet. The lot is fine. The demand is there. Then a driver arrives to a faded sign, a kiosk with a dead screen, or a download prompt for an app they'll never open again — and the revenue walks away with them.
So we rebuilt the last ten feet. Scan, enter a plate, pay, done — on the phone already in the driver's hand, with no account to create. Behind that, we handle the unglamorous parts: striping and signage, permits and enforcement, escalations at 11pm, and a monthly statement that reconciles to the stall.
We work with owners and property managers who want their parking to be an asset instead of a chore — and who'd rather have one accountable partner than four vendors pointing at each other.
How we partner
Terms are set per property after a site walk — stall count, demand pattern, and how hands-on you want to be.
Four commitments, on every property
Clarity over cleverness
Rates on the sign, in plain numbers. No surprise fees at the end of checkout, no fine print engineered to produce citations.
Reliability as a feature
Equipment gets checked on a schedule, not after a complaint. When a payment path goes down, a backup path is already posted.
Hospitality at the curb
Our people represent your property. Attendants and patrol staff are trained to de-escalate first and cite last.
Accountability in writing
Every session ties to a plate, a rate, and a timestamp. Statements reconcile, and we walk you through them line by line.
The operating standard
The things we hold ourselves to, whether it's a twelve-stall lot behind a restaurant or a six-level garage downtown.
Local operators, regional coverage
We staff and service the properties we take on, which means we grow by geography rather than by pin on a map. If your property is nearby, we can usually walk it this week.

Bring the address and stall count. We'll bring a rate recommendation, an equipment plan, and honest math on what it should earn.
